The hotel is situated half way between the old town and beach, on the Avenida de Francia, which leads straight to the main train station and can be easily accessed from all roads leading into Valencia. It is 5 minutes from the river Turia (which was re-directed in the 1950s due to flooding), 5 minutes from the City of Arts and Sciences and 5 minutes from a huge shopping centre with designer shops, supermarket and restaurants etc. It is also 30 minutes’ walk to the beach and 30 minutes’ walk to old town (though you can catch a number 19 bus, which comes along the road in front of the hotel.) The location makes it great for the America’s Cup.
